1.  Who does the "actual" inspection? 

Your customer OR your tech.  They are sent a unique link via text and email.  The link will guide them through the process which takes 2 minutes or less. 

 

2.  Can my staff use this in a customer house? 

 

Yes!  If you are still doing "in-home" inspections, your techs can use the same program to document inspections.

 

3.  How do customers know what to do? 

Our platform will remind them via email and text until the inspection is done.  All they have to do is click the link and follow the instructions.  It's like depositing a check with a mobile banking app!

 

4.  How long does it take to set up an account? 

Minutes.  Once your account is approved you can be using the system within minutes. 

 

5.  Can I "reject" an inspection?  

 

Yes!  If you are unhappy with any of the images/answers you can request clarification directly within the platform.  The customer will get a notification instructing them of what to do.  It's easy...trust us.

6.  Do insurance companies accept this? 

 

COVID-19 has changed the way everyone does business.  The Slick team is hard at work getting endorsements from major industry insurers.  As we head into the Fall of 2020, we hope most insurers will endorse our platform!
